Transitional Pastor
My experience as a church planter & local church pastor for close to 30 years uniquely prepared me to serve as a transitional pastor. I am a trained and certified transitional pastor with the Christian & Missionary Alliance. As a transitional pastor I help churches navigate pastoral transitions by providing preaching, leadership development and pastoral search facilitation. Currently I serve serves as lead church health coach for the Metropolitan District of The Alliance.
Maximum Impact Dean
I serve as the Dean of Maximum Impact, a networking, equipping and coaching initiative of The Christian & Missionary Alliance. Maximum Impact helps local church pastors achieve their maximum Kingdom impact by developing 9 key areas of local church ministry.
